The saved balance and fractional carry persist in this browser’s site storage. Clearing cached files alone may leave that storage intact. A different browser, device, or cleared site storage may have a separate fresh wallet; there is no account synchronisation or recovery flow.
Virtual Coin Wallet Mechanics
The demo uses a local virtual-coin wallet. If no valid saved balance exists, the demo starts with 1,000 play coins. A saved balance, including zero, is reused. This initial value is separate from the manual restoration button, which is available only while idle below 10 coins. Losses do not automatically replenish the wallet.
| Feature | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Initial Balance | 1000 coins |
| Storage | Browser localStorage |
| Persistence | Survives page reloads and settlement |
| Exchange Value | None (virtual only) |
Unlike external services, there are no processing times, verification requirements, or withdrawal limits because no real money moves in or out. The virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be cashed out.
Fractional Carry and Settlement
When you settle a round, the system calculates your gross return. If the result is not a whole number, the fractional part is preserved as 'fractional carry' in your local storage. This carry persists across refills and reloads.
At settlement, the floor of (raw gross return + stored fractional carry) is credited to your balance. The remainder persists. This ensures that small fractional values are not lost immediately but are accumulated until they form a whole coin.
Zero-return rounds leave the fractional carry unchanged. This carry is local to your browser and is not tied to an account.
Manual Restoration and Refills
If your balance drops below 10 coins while idle, you can manually restore it. This action sets your balance to exactly 1000 coins. It does not add 1000 coins to your current balance; it resets it.
- Eligibility: Available only when idle.
- Threshold: Balance must be below 10 coins.
- Action: Sets balance to 1000.
Refilling does not clear the fractional carry. However, starting a new round locks the stake, mode selectors, and refill button until settlement occurs.
Unfinished Rounds and Reloading
If you reload the page during an active round, the captured stake remains deducted. The unfinished round ends without a refund, payout, or continuation. You cannot resume the round later; you must start a new one.
Controls such as stake selection and mode selectors are locked during a round. After a reload, the default stake of 20 and the first preset are restored.
Privacy and Storage
Your virtual-coin balance and fractional payout carry are stored in your browser's localStorage. There is no account form in the demo; this does not establish that no personal data are processed. The page loads Google Fonts stylesheets and font files and a Statinside counter script (counter 44). Local storage and the lack of a login do not establish anonymity.
Clearing cached files may leave local storage if not explicitly cleared, but this depends on your browser settings. The absence of an account flow does not prove that no personal data are processed by the browser or network.
Audience and Responsibility
This guide and its virtual-coin demo have an 18+ intended audience. This is a self-imposed guideline and not a universal legal age or an implemented age gate. The demo does not clinically train behavior or make losses safe.
Responsible use includes setting personal time and virtual-coin limits. There are no account-level blocking, timer, or self-exclusion tools in this demo. Find appropriate local qualified help if needed.
Frequently asked questions
Can I withdraw my virtual coins?
No. This demo’s virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or withdrawn. The wallet is saved locally between visits when browser site storage remains available.
What happens if I reload the page during a round?
The captured stake remains deducted. The unfinished round ends without a refund or payout. You must start a new round; the previous one cannot be resumed.
How does fractional carry work?
Fractional carry is the remainder of a non-integer payout. It is stored in your browser's localStorage and persists across settlements and reloads. It is added to future gross returns to form whole coins, but it is not cleared when you refill your balance.
